Does anyone know where i can get started on this wonderful idea?
I have heard about this 12 minute makeover.
I have scanned the internet but they just want you to buy the video without knowing what you are buying.
Please somebody help.

Well first you have to buy the video not knowing what you are buying is difficult.
Try and find a catch up on CNN or one of the other news groups, this is where I found my information

Frankly, I think that you can get started by just watching the videos on 12minutemakeover. There is enough info there to get you started. I just finished doing interval training on my treadmill. I just ran for 20 seconds, walked slow for 20 and so on. Also you can just figure out what activity or if you want to do weights or elastic bands and tailor your own workout. That is what I am doing and I think it will work.
