This is my time to better me.
I am tiered of looking flumpy and scruffy.
Two of my children have left home and home alone with one, to be honest I don’t see much of him now, so this is my time to lose some weight and feel fit again, this sounds the one for me.

My ex wife after having our two children, always said she felt fat and out of shape, I used to tell her she looked great otherwise she wouldn’t go out of the house, we are still good friends and she is waiting to see if this works before she tries it, I hope it encourages her because she’s a great gal.
