this is the 4th day of the 4th wk.. I do seem to have lost some inches and I am glad to get back to the weight work I use to do.. this has been alot of fun much more than the miles on the treadmill ..

Good for you, I to agree it is much better this way I used to get bored on the tread mill.

I would like to go to the gym but I feel intimidated by all the good bodies around me, they have worked for it, but I find it better this way.

The treadmill can be good for those rainy days though when you can't get outside. Just out on some good music, even a movie and take off. The time just seems to fly!

I've just started changing my eating habits, and trying not to eat after 7pm. I work long days and I am often tired at night and in the mornings, so I am finding it hard to want to get up in the mornings to excersize, but I know thats the best time to do it. Anyway, I'm about to add the 12 minute surge training to my healthy eating. Pray for me!

you'll do just fine. i like that you don't eat after 7. wanted to try that but just don't have the will power. do you wake up starving in the morning? i know i would.

I love the spring in the air... no treadmill for me. I'll brave the frozen, wet and nasty to avoid it. I will however avoid the heat with the treadmill!!!

Not eating after 7om is important to me and my metabolism. As much as I think about my metabolism it's almost like he exists by itself. I just want it to work overtime, all of the time!
