Hi,
GENERALLY SPEAKING if a middle aged man who has a lean body type with long muscles(ectomorph) --will this program assist them to gain a lot of muscle if that is their goal?? Are there any additional thoughts for those with a lean body type in terms of adding anything else to the program(frequency/duration time, more weights etc) if their goal is to gain a lot of muscle??
