Ok...I'll start it out! Today is gonna be my first day doing this. I'm gonna do 5 minutes of push-ups, sit-ups, and stair climbing. As hard as I can for 30 seconds each...and I'll be back later to tell you how I did. I read yesterday that the BEST time to exercise is first thing in the morning BEFORE you eat anything or drink anything (except some water.) Apparently if you put something in your body that has sugar or something (like sweet coffee or fruit juice) then your body tries to use that as fuel instead of BURNING FAT! So...I'm doing it before I eat...here I go...!

i agree 100% w/ your comment of working out first thing in the morning. i have 2 glasses of water as soon as i wake up while i'm doing stretches and pilates then i go running when the water is gone. it definitely burns more fat and builds muscle when your body isn't trying to burn off something you just ate!

This is my 3 day of doing this today and I am drinking more water and cutting out all sodas. I feel great and more energized. I am looking to lose weight and be healthy. I am feeling a bit stiff but I will be consistent with this:)

We all need fluids and water is so natural.
Has anyone tried stair stepping or when you go to the mall or office go use the stairs instead that helps me a lot.

I just finished my first 20 second round and I'm so proud of my self. I did 20 seconds of leg lifts from a standing position. 20 seconds of jumping, but not high, and 20 seconds lunges. Tomorrow I'll do 2 sets of 20 seconds. Wish me luck:D

Just take baby steps if you have to. After i reached the 3 minute mark instead of sprinting to 6 , I went to 4 then 5 then 6. It is not how fast you go, just getting there.

If that works for you then great but not all people are the same, I must point out extra water intake can also lead to water retention so be careful.

I agree, some people can get straight in there and do what it takes, other people take longer, like me, it takes time for me to get into a routine that involves exercise, I suppose that it don’t really matter how long it takes as long as you get there in the end.

everyone seems so positve about this and is doing great. this was awesome to read as i am having a very bad weekend. Easter dinner here consisted of mac and cheese, ham, and deviled easter eggs. I really needed to hear some success stories tonight. thank you.
