How much sodium am I allowed a day? This is getting all to confusing, different diets say different things.

We have enough salts in our food without adding any more, so try and avoid them as much as possible, that includes sea salt, and seasoning.

I've learned it is that a calorie is a calorie and salt holds water. These 2 things are my basis. 3500 calories equals 1 pound no matter if it is carb calories or not. Drink lots of water and watch your salt.
