How do you control your eating habits? My problem is I do not know when to stop, I am constantly hungry and tend to binge, I have to loose this weight as now I am getting short of breath.

Hannah, I would strongly surest that you eat at a slower pace and try to chew at least 15 times before you swallow this way when you feel full you should leave the food alone and if you can eat smaller portions more often then this can help to.

I agree I read somewhere that we do not chew our food enough this helps us to digest our food properly, if you eat slower then you are giving your stomach more time to digest so you know when you are full much quicker.
