When I first graduated from college I had put on a lot of weight and resolved to lose it and I did.(almost 100 puunds) But since getting married and having a family the weight has slowly crept back on and it jusy is not quite as easy as it used to be. Any advice?

Finding the time to work out and eat right can be a challenge. You just have to resolve to do it, and hopefully your family will become a support system to you and not a detriment.

I know how hard it is to keep having to back to what works.. start with what worked before and adjust it to now .. it all in making the committment.

you are so right about making the commitment. So much of losing weight and getting your body to where you want it to be is mental. It takes time and discipline, but we all know what we have to do to make it happen. It can be such a challenge but it is very much worth it when you see the transformation in your body and the overall improvement in your health!
