Does anyone have a suggestion about what is the best medicine to take for a chronic allergy-related stuffy nose?

there are more and more nasal allergy sprays on the market. I've been on them for years now for my allergies. If you allready use one, try switching to a new one for a while. this works for me. I got immune to my old one.

how about just a mixture of salt and water? This simple saline solution always works well in my household.

have you every tried a neti pot? i suffer from chronic year round allergies and stay on steroid nasal sprays. saw on tv (dr. oz) about the neti pot. use warm salt water and wash out the nasal passages. thought of trying it. going to start a new thread to see if anyone has tried this.
