Has anyone tried taking the apple cider vinegar pills to help with weight loss? I was recently given n a full bottle but I was wondering if there was anyone who has had any experience with these as a source of weight loss.

Well out of all of the things I have tried before in the past this one is a new one for me. I have tried so many things in the past to aid with quick weight loss- some worked, some did not. I am now at the point where I finally understand that there is no product out there that is going to do it for you. Weight loss is tough, but it has to be a lifestyle change and no supplement or pill is going to give you the lasting success that we all so much desire.

i've never heard of these pill before. there are so many quick fixes on the market now. yes, it's true, some may work but only short term and you are not learning to change your habits. let's do this thing the safe way. no pills.

I'll just put my apple cider vinegar on my baked chicken to lose weight. How can something acidic help you lose weight? I'm sfraid this sounds like a dupe to me.

New to me, too. This sounds shady to me. How does acid affect weight loss. I've heard of people (generally the older crowd) who swear by a tablespoon of vinegar a day to keep immune system up but not for weight loss.

I had to look this one up. I found this:

Judge for yourself. The verdict is still out for me

This sounds like a goofy thing to me. I do know that if it's done it better be in moderation. Nothing like burning your insides or dehydrating yourself. Natural acids will do both.
