Would it be safe to eat a diet consisting of only carrots (or any other veggie) and water.
As long as I took a multi vitamin vitamins everyday?
Just eat carrots and vitamins and water, and work out everyday for about a week or two. Is this safe? And would it work?

I am sure that you would probably lose weight but with little energy to spare! You need to eat more of a well balanced diet that includes not only fruit veggies and water but lean protein and yes some fat! if you eat only your plan as soon as you introduce real foos again you are sure to gain all of the weight that you lose right back!

yeah Iw ould think that veggies only would quickly help you lose weight but it is not a plan that you can maintain for the rest of your life. That is why I think for things to work we have to find something that is sensible and that we can follow and adhere to for a long time, otherwise when we slide a bit we will find ourselves back in the same old situation.
