For a low carb diet, what would be a suitable amount of fat/carb to consume in a day?

Oh I do not know the answer to that one but I think they should each make up 25% of your diet with protein making up the other 50%. And by the way have you tried the Boca burgers? I am trying low carb too and these are made from soy but are really good when you need that red meat fix! Good luck!
