I had reduction surgery a few years ago and this really helped me regain self confidence and also upped my exercise routine as well. Have any others had any cosmetic surgery that makes you feel better about yourself?

been thinking about reduction lately. glad to hear it has helped your program. do you have any regrets?

none at all- it was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself. My insurance company even helped to pay for some of it so that was an extra bonus that I ddi not really even anticipate would happen. I would just really do my research and choose your surgeon carefully- always make sure that the surgeon you choose is board certified. Good luck!

I have to ask- does insurance pay for that surgery?

Depends on your insurance. If it is causing other health issues, I would say it is hard pressed to be denied. At least that has been in cases I know about. I've often said there would be less question if the 2 parts of men's anotomy hung around so low that they needed their own article of clothing to keep them from hurting!!!
