This journey is hard enough with temptations all around us. I ask for help. From family, friends and in prayer. We must lean on each other and let others lean on us.. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

asking for help is a constant challenge for me. i think that is why i am more successful on this forum or support. everyone here needs someone and knows what i am going thru. thanks to all. i'm here for you too.

thanks for that affirmation because I think that it is so hard for many women (and men too!) to ask for help when we need it most. Some of us are afraid that asking for help will be seen as a sign of weakness, when really it is just a way of soliciting support and making a connection with those who mean the most to us.
