I have always found it to be a great workout to walk with my daughter when she is in the stroller. She loves the fresh air and pushing the extra weight really makes for a strenuous and heart healthy workout.

Within 3 1/2 months after giving birth to my wopping 10 pound 4 ounce baby I had returned to a svelt size 6. I credit walking. lots of walking with stroller. Second child, 4 years later, I weigh the same now as I did walking in to deliver her. I credit no walking with the stroller!
