Sometimes when you look in the mirror and realize you are never going to be the size of Kate Moss it can be slightly disheartening. In those instances I make myself put down the fashion magazines and focus on being a better and more fit person inside and out without trying to live up to those unrealistic expectations that we all set for ourselves.

Kate Moss is not reality, WE ARE! and we are beautiful. We need to be the best we can be even if it isn't hollywood's standards. Those people don't live in reality anyway.

you are so right but it is hard to get that through our heads sometimes when we are all bombarded by the images of these beautiful, thin people all of the time. I am almost to the point of boycotting mags, etc from the home so that my daughter does not feel the need to live up these types of unrealistic expectations!
