I've fallen in love with the 0 calorie water flavorings. The powder kind you add to water bottles and shake up. Has anyone heard anything negative about using these so often?

I do know that they are expensive. Esepecailly the Brita one my sis on law has that attaches to her "system" at the sink! I've always put in a TINY amount of powdered Jell-O. I've done it for as long as I remember. Maybe my Mom even did it for us now that I'm thinking about it.

Any flavor works and I even mix them to customize. How's that for gourmet water!!!!!!?

Oh yeah, I keep the extra in small Zip-Locks to keep it fresh. It also keeps it from clumping up! Drink and enjoy!

Great idea! I'd make sure you used the sugar-free kind as an extra bonus for your teeth. Either that or brush more than 2x a day. This sounds a whole lot better that anything I've read in a while about flavorings. Some are pure corn syrup! So simple!

Jell-O? I can't believe it. It's always in the cabinet. it's SO CHEAP! I can't wait to try it!

I'm going to try this in my 9 year olds school water bottle. He's always trying to get me to buy him Propels and stuff like that. Can't see anything wrong with it, at all. I just tried this. The water is great!

Someone else knows my trick! I've been telling everyone I know about it. My grandmother told me about 10 years ago. She had a huge sweet tooth but was on sugar restrictions and told to drink so much water a day!
