i'm grateful for my family and their continued health. i want to be around a long time to enjoy them. don't want to be a mom who is always worried about my weight and not engaging in activities. going to change that. this forum will help.

You are right- this forum is a great help. there are days when I really just do not feel like doing a thing but then I take a peek around the forum and it reminds me that I am definitely in this for the long haul.

I think it is so important to tell our family members every day just how much thye mean to us because we never know when our last day with them will be. They are our support, our rocks, and we need to let them know that.
