I've enjoyed adding 12 min. workout to my regular routines. I was looking for something for when i had very little time. These short, high intensity workouts are challenging even for a gym regular like me.

I am very new to the process. Do you find that a 12 minute workout can suffice for a full fledged workout, especially on days when you are short on time? This sounds perfect to me and my lifestyle but I do want to make sure that I am doing everything that I can to make for a healthier and leaner body.

i don't know about the original poster but i found the 12 minute workout a good addition to my regular routines as well. I think it all depends on your level of activity before beginning this process. i was fairly athletic before so this is a supplement. i know others who only use this and love it.

I keep trying to mix up my training every month or so. This is working great for me. I'm hopeing to be able to keep this going for a long while.

if you like the workouts involved in 12MM, you should also try a program that helps your overall lifestyle (to make that more healthy). currently there is only a christian version, but a non-secular version will be coming out as well. same basics of a healthy body go for everyone though, no matter what your religion! http://extrememakeovergodsway.com
