well, i guess i need to start a journal.. it's sunday night and looking forward to monday for a new start. starting back on my 12 min program in the morning. been a tough weekend, had to go out of town and y'all know how hard that is. wish me luck....

yeah it was a tough weekend but i forgot about the best part. We went horseback riding (rentals- still nice though) at a nearby park while out of town. Love to ride and it is such great exercise and stress relief.
just wanted to add something positive to my new journal.
