Okay, 12 minute surge traing works. I just did it for the 1st time and I'm tired! Granted I have never been a really physical person, but that 12 minutes was hard to get through. I think this will work for me!:):)

I 've given it about a week and I'm still tired! But, isn't that the point. You have to go through this in order to hit the other side. Right? That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

if you are that tired then you are definately doing it right. It is so crazy something so short can be so effective. used to think this was never going to challenge me physically but boy was i wrong.

Isn't that the point. Being tired so on down the road you can just keep going longer. I about died last night pulling stuff out of the attic. I need to work on that getting in great shape.
