I am proud of the fact that I am finally going to take a little time for myself. I have raised family, worked hard at my job, and now it is time for a little "me" time. I look forward to many healthy years ahead!

you are on the right track. as a stay home mom, finding time for myself if very difficult. i feel so guilty if i'm not constantly working on my house, or running the kids somewhere. finally realizing if momma ain't happy, no one's happy. taking time for myself makes me happy.
