I did this routine for the first time this morning. I just did the one where you run in place and lift weights. My heart rate was right where it needed to be.
Usually I do a 30 min kickboxing routine about 3 times a week. I liked the feeling of a fast heart rate and being a little tired after a short amount of time. I have 2 questions: 1. should I still keep doing these other workouts or is the 12 min makeover enough? 2. what kind of results should I be looking for?
Thanks for your help

The videos said the 12 minutes a week is enough, but you can increase that time depending on your level. Usually, I think it is about 2-4 weeks to see results of consistent. Results to be looking for is weight loss and feeling more in shape:)

12 minutes is enough for most but it sounds as though you are pretty fit kick boxing is a great all round work out but just remember as you get older and don’t do as much exercise this muscle can turn to fat stay in shape and enjoy.

In the one video they talked about doing more sets and if you feel you can and need to it won't hurt right I have been doing two sessions a day I was wondering when I should expect to see a change I have been stuck on the same weight and that was my first reason for giving this a try. I think they said 6 wks on the change in blood work ..ect any one have anymore??

My hubby and I have been at this for a little more than a week and we are already seeing a difference in being more toned and feeling more energized:)

for just a little more than a week? That sounds great! Can't wait to get started on this program myself, and I hope to get the same results that you are experiencing. Continued good luck!
