sometimes i find i want to do my 4 minute daily routine a 2nd or 3rd time during the day. any reason i shouldn't do this? I like the way the resistance and bursts make me feel and increase my metabolism. is too much of a good thing going to hurt me?

I think that you have a good idea of how much your body can take, so I think that as long as it makes you feel good and you want to do it, there is nothing wrong with that!
