I like to workout sometime before 9am. it jumps my day off right and jumps my metabolism. try different times of day and see what works for you.

I am the opposite- I like to workout after 5pm when work is over for the day and I can just let it all go with a good workout. I love sleep to much to get it in before work! But hey whatever works just as long as we get the workout in right?

I'm tryign to find a time to workout. Schedule? What is that? Can you be successful if you are all over the map and never able to block a set time?

remember yourself Annie. Make time for yourself. It's hard to realize that one day you might not be in good enough health to start or stick with it. Get it into your day!

I like to walk about 6am. Right after I've had one cup of caffienated coffee! No hassles, less noise (besides the Canadian geese that live close by) and PEACE of mind that I'm doing what's good for me.

Wow 6am. . . I never can kick my behind out of bed quite that early. I like to do my runs and exercise early evening right when I get home from work. It is my chance to unwind.
