haven't exactly helped someone lately but wanted to state that this forum has been helping me. don't always post but get on and read sometimes and look for stories of encouragement. want to say thanks to all that have shared their trials. THanks

I am so glad to see that there are others out there who read and research and find support here. This is the first time I have posted but have always felt such a wonderful connection reading and shring in the stories of others. let's all try to work together to give the answers and encouragement that we all need in order to meet our goals.

I read around so much I've felt guilty that I should be exercising. Itisi a welath of info for me. It is amazing how much you can get enthused by reading what others are doing!
