as the header says, this is the place to share our experience. i'm having a positive result adding the workouts to my days. wasn't convinced such a short workout would give results but it did ! i am a real believer in resistance training.

Do you use the resistance bands or another method? Are you combinig this with cardio workouts too or have you found that strength training does it all for you?

it's good to hear you are doing so well in your program. i need to hear it since i am not have a great week and am looking for some motivation. how many pounds/ inches have you lost since beginning your program?

Every year for Lent I give up 5 punds. . . an unconventional denial, but it works for me. This year I've lost 8 pounds. I am as proud as can be!
