I also happened to catch this on TBN and am excited about getting started. I've already begun some diet modifications (portion control, mainly) and am ready to work this exercise routine into my schedule. I suffer from chronic back pain and sleep apnea; my goal is to get fit and lose about 80 lbs. I believe this program is a direct answer to prayer and am trusting God for awesome results. You can count on seeing me with regular praise updates on my progress. God bless you on your journey to fitness as well!! :)
