what is the deal with carbs? i love carbs. some are very healthy some are not. i know if you cut them out you loose weight but isn't a calorie a calorie no matter what??? so many people i know who cut out carbs eventually gain it back when they eat them again. what's up?

Try cutting out high glycemic carbs, and switch to low, mostly green vegis.
Cut out white bread, rice and potatoes, except for yellow finnish ones.
I have recently lost 4some lbs. and that is how I did it.
