what is the deal with the incredible edible egg? I love eggs, scrambled and boiled. i know they are high in cholesterol but also high in protein. if i remove the yolk will i still get some protein???

you will, but really a hard boiled egg can be a great protein filled snack for you and if you do not eat too many you will be fine- the cholesterol is not that bad either when combined with an overall healthy diet and regular exercise.

If you do not like the hard boiled variety then a great alternative is still Egg Beaters. My family does not really even taste the difference.
