make hair grow faster

Does anyone have any tips for ways that you can get your hair to grow faster? I have heard a Flintstone vitamin every day can help with this. Does hair grow at a slower rate in the winter than the summer?

My hair does grow slower in the winter. My stylist recommends Biotin to help nails and hair grow faster and stronger. I just started this a few weeks ago and have not noticed a difference yet but I will keep you posted.
