what inspires you in your efforts on the program? is it a picture? is it a scripture or inspirational story? if it inspires you maybe it will inspire others? Looking for all the help i can get. thanks

It sounds very dorky, but I try to visualize a calmer, more serene, more fit, healthy inside. The outward is second to being a better keeper of the body God gave me. Treat your temple well.

I keep a favorite pair of my skinny shorts hanging over my closet door neatly on the hanger. I am forced to look at it and think about how i will choose to live today. Either getting closer to that goal or sabatoging it by cheating.

I have tried the skinny jeans method and that worked for a while. Finally I sat down and wrote a binding contract with myself to finish what I have started signed it and hung it on the refrigerator. Now every time I think of having that extra snack I take a peek at what I wrote and that typically helps me stay strong.
