Thinking of adding some omega 3 fatty acid supplements to my routine. Heard this is good for the heart and other stuff. Is there any side effects I need to know about? Will it upset my stomach?

I have never heard of any info regarding this aspect of the issue. They are found in a lot of fish so you may take that in consideration if you typically do not like to eat a lot of fish. But I think you can get a healthy dose in many other foods such as nuts and maybe even avocadoes.

How about flax seed and flax seed oil? this might be a good addition to your diet as well.
