Do any of you have any new tricks or routines that really seem to be working well for you? I am just getting a little bored every now and then and maybe want to try something new that I can incorporate in maybe once or twice a week.

Are you doing any strength training? That can be a good way to break up your weekly routine. Also check monthly magazines like Self and Prevention because they always include new routines for each month that are designed to keep you from getting bored.
