Stay with it you'll feel better. I've worked up to 12 amazing minutes and have never felt better. The hardest was when I reached 3 minutes, I felt like just sitting down but made my self take small steps as I increased and sure enough I have finally reached the 12 point mark. I drink lots of water and have more energy than I have in years.

Thanks for the tip. I have just started out again I am determined to succeed no matter how long it takes. If I keep in focus I know I can do it.
