Its not how fast you get to the 12 minute mark. Its getting there, if it takes you smaller steps so be it. We are all on the same path. Just getting out of the chair was a big step for me.

Count me as a hare. My son would be a turtle but he'll have to go with my pace and be a hare or slow turtle whichever he wants to be.

Count me as a turtle with a determined pace. I'll be right behind the hare if he ever stops for a rest. Lets Go Team

Count me as a turtle I'll be steady but I'll be right along behind you.

it's not a race. it's all about continuous effort and not giving up! go at your own pace, as long as it's moving you forward

Everybody is different depending what kind of job you have and how you get to work is that itself physical?
If you can push yourself a little more than that is great, but if it take a little longer then that’s fine too.

Everybody should go at there own pace to avoid injury, a little at a time is ok it may take a little longer but the results are the same then take your time.

I started too fast thinking i was a hare. kinda pulled some muscles and it made me not want to go out the next day for my walk. i should have started slower and worked me way up. Learned my lesson !!
