Have any of you ever seen a nutritionist? I won a gift certificate for a free visit and would love to hear some feedback from those of you who have done this before.

I have not but it is so funny that you posted about this because I am planning to see one in a few weeks who does a hair and skin analysis. I am excited to be doing this so I will definitely fill you in on how this goes and what kind of suggestions she has for me. My appt is not until June 30 though so it may be a bit before I get back with you.
